DOING OUR PART IN FIGHTING COVID-19

We wish to thank those on the front lines of the battle against Covid-19.  We shall show our support by continuing to offer our services throughout this difficult time.  We feel it is near our patriotic duty to help everyone work through it as best we can.  We feel dogs are just like children and need to be cared for throughout the crisis. 

While it is easy to social distance in our large playgrounds, and since experts agree there is no evidence dogs can transmit the virus, and we use disinfectants which kill the virus, we feel we are low risk in terms of contracting or furthering the spread of the disease.  We will always follow any and all expert recommendations to help defeat the virus.

Thus, effective immediately, we must implement the changes to our operating procedures.  First, we CANNOT accept any leashes or personal items from our customers, with the exception of food and medication.  We have leashes and harnesses for walking dogs of every shape and size.  Upon arrival, please remove the leash and assist in getting the dog beyond the first gate, we will take it from there.  Please keep your leash and bring it back when you come to pick up.  In the future the customer will be responsible for connecting the leash, we will release the dog into the lobby.

We take extreme pride in the cleanliness of our facility.  We are continually disinfecting all surfaces.  As a further precaution staff will be wearing gloves when handling payments.  Our hours shall remain the same (7 am - 8 pm M-F & 9-5 on WE), however we will close if there are no reservations for that particular day.  Also, we now offer Full Service Grooming, Monday through Friday, drop off in the morning and pickup whenever is convenient.
